NATIONAL SEATING & MOBILITY TO HOST MOMENTUM ACADEMY EDUCATIONAL EVENT IN ORLANDO, FL
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (July 25, 2022) — National Seating & Mobility (NSM), North America’s largest provider of comprehensive mobility solutions, will host a NSM Momentum Academy event on Friday, September 23, to educate clinical partners, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers, on mobility solutions, industry best practices and the latest in assistive technology. The event will be held at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida (9907 Universal Blvd., Orlando, FL).
The NSM Momentum Academy event will consist of three different educational tracks which cover a variety of topics including the impacts of wheelchair configuration, therapeutic interventions, seating and positioning, and funding and documentation best practices. The courses will be presented by industry accredited clinical educators and leading manufacturers.
The event will also include an Assistive Technology Exhibit Hall that will feature the latest developments in complex rehab technology. The tradeshow features event gold sponsors including Invacare, Ki Mobility, Permobil, Quantum and Sunrise Medical and silver sponsors including Altimate Medical, Inspired by Drive, Merits, Rifton and SleepSafe Beds.
Admission to the NSM Momentum Academy event is $45 per person and registration will be open until Friday, September 16.
