Crispin joined NSM in 2023 as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), previously serving five years as Lincare's CEO and being the Finance Director for an additional two years. From his time there, he served approximately 1.8 million patients from the comfort of their own home. Furthermore, Crispin served on a therapeutics board for six years in which he carries his experience of the CRT industry into his new position with National Seating & Mobility.

Before National Seating & Mobility, Mike led the integration of Lucira Health to Pfizer. Holding the senior vice president of patient solutions and partnerships at Lucira, Mike lead 450 teammates responsible for contracting, automation, and optimization of end-to-end revenue cycle management. He is responsible for reveneue cycle management alongside worflow optimization.

Ann brings more than 25 years’ of experience to NSM, managing, developing and delivering HR strategies for large, multi-site operations including Sears & Roebuck. She is responsible for developing human capital strategies to support NSM’s corporate objectives, talent acquisition, performance management, organizational structure, total rewards programs and building a high-performance culture.

Prior to joining NSM, Lowman served as Director of Strategic Sourcing at Tractor Supply Co., a $7 billion retailer with more than 1,700 locations. While there, he led the development and execution of a worldwide sourcing strategy. Earlier in his career, Lowman served as Vice President of Supply Chain Network at American Tire Distributors and held technical and sourcing roles with Kimberly Clark Corp. and Polymer Group, Inc., respectively.

Shayn arrives to National Seating & Mobility with three decades of experience in the Information Technology field. Before joining, she served as the Senior Vice President of Global Information Technology at Hill International. Shayn focuses her efforts in cybersecurity, digitial transformation, and enhancing overall organizational efficiency and utilization.

Matt brings a wealth of knowledge accumulated over a 12 year period, most previously serving as the Vice President of Compliance with Acadia Healthcare. Matt's primary areas of concentration revolve around implementing and overseeing the Compliance program throughout the organization.

Doug McDaniel joined NSM in 2005 after a 15-year career owning and operating a multisite Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) company. His varied experience in the rehab industry led him to be tapped to lead NSM’s national CRT network, Capstone Mobility Group. Capstone managed NSM’s contracting and business relationships with health plans on a national, regional, and even local basis, and maintained a full national provider network until 2013. Doug re-joined NSM in 2013, leading business development efforts. He also maintains responsibility for managing NSM’s health plan relationships.

Gregg Meheriuk joined NSM in 2023 after a compelling career of building and transforming business. From most previously working with 24 Hour Fitness and Coca Cola, he brings creative strategy and operationalized techniques to NSM. Gregg is responsible for expanding and optimizing the Home Access Canada division along with building new business strategy.

Stephanie Buckley joined NSM in 2017 and brings more than 20 years’ experience leading, developing and delivering brand and marketing strategies for businesses of all sizes, but most recently for The Little Clinic, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Kroger Co.. Buckley is responsible for brand management, marketing programs, and company internal & external communications.

Jason brings 20 years’ experience in the healthcare space both clinically as an occupational therapist and a multi-site senior operator in the home health, nursing, and senior living sectors. Specializing in clinical implementation and program development, Jason seeks innovative ways to serve clients. He is responsible for the development and implementation of systems, process, and methods to ensure quality outcomes, operational excellence, growth and financial health of the Northeast Region. Jason brings unique leadership experience presently serving as United States Army Reserve Medical Officer who has held strategic positions and assignments in the Capital Region.

Derek Miller started with NSM as a Regional Area Director with over 14 years of field experience. Prior to NSM, Derek helped grow Home Health Depot from a single site DME outlet to one of the largest CRT providers in the Midwest. Derek’s experience as a certified ATP with Lean Six Sigma training provides a unique leadership perspective to help NSM’s clients and referral sources achieve their seating and mobility objectives.

Thomas joined NSM in 2014 and has held operations and business development roles. He acted as regional area director for 3 years before becoming the Southeast Regional Vice President in 2020. Thomas began his career in the CRT industry over 16 years ago at a locally owned family business in Iowa. Lopez is a graduate of Grand View University with a bachelor’s degree and University of Texas at Tyler with an MBA.

Matt Nelis joined the NSM team in 2016 and brings 20+ years of broad-based experience leading sales strategy, territory management, and revenue growth in the healthcare industry. Previous coming from Myomo and Pride Mobility Services, Matt currently leads Field Operations within the Western North Amercan division.
