Successful Aluminum Modular Ramp Installation for Local Massachusetts Agency

Aluminum ramps are key accessibility solutions for wheelchair users to access buildings by overcoming barriers such as steps, raised thresholds and landings without any difficulty. National Seating & Mobility is committed to providing safe accessibility solutions for residences as well as commercial settings. Our skilled technicians recently installed an aluminum modular ramp for Local Massachusetts Agency.

Local Massachusetts Agency provides group housing for adults with mobility issues and has named NSM Boston Access branch as their primary supplier. Homes are built mainly in residential areas and are usually in need of complete modification to meet the requirements of wheelchair patients.

Upon receiving a call from this client, our team visited the site and we decided to build a large aluminum deck for the home they built. The aluminum modular ramp that we installed provides egress from two exits and also serves as an outdoor ‘patio’ for residents to enjoy the sunshine and the fresh air.

The deck area is approximately 400 square feet, made from commercial ramp platforms. The ramp area is provided with the required double continuous handrails per Massachusetts code. National Seating & Mobility is dedicated to providing inexpensive design and build services for the group homes. We specialize in commercial and custom ramps and decks to make accessibility safe and easy for wheelchair users.

The client was happy with the customized service we provided!
