Made to Move
The Able Fables® children’s book series exists to celebrate and normalize disability and diversity through morally-rich, rhythmic storytelling.
You’ll meet a new character in every story, as they follow their dreams and learn a valuable lesson. At the end of each
book, 10 real children who share a similar disability or diagnosis as the main character are featured, encouraging guardians to start conversations about disability inclusion with their children. The series was created by Dr. Nicole Julia—author, occupational therapist, and advocate for a more inclusive, universally designed world. Join The Able Fables in raising awareness for a more inclusive world @theablefables on social media. Books are available for purchase at theablefables.com
20% of profits from The Able Fables book series help build inclusive playgrounds across the USA. To date,
The Able Fables® has donated over $25,000 to inclusive playgrounds.
