Straight Stairlift:
Remove unit and clean wheels/charge contacts
Check leg bolt to rail tightness
Check finger guides for spring back
Clean charge contacts on rail
Clean rail/guide tracks
Check charge strip voltage
Check charger voltage
Check battery voltage (if applicable)
Curved Stairlift:
Wipe down/clean rail
Lubricate rail with white lithium grease lightly
Repair paint chip(s)
Check upper/lower rollers for wear, cracks & rolling
Lubricate seat swivel, hinge, footrest
Check all safety switches for function
Check charger voltage
Check battery voltage (if applicable)
VPL:
Check all body panel tightness
Repair paint chip(s)
Check safety pan, switches, gates for function
Clean and regrease ACME screw
Check battery voltage (if applicable)
Vehicle Lift:
Clean main post with WD-40
Regrease main post high grade water resistant grease
Oil hold down foot pivot
Oil platform hinge
Oil J-Cam
Oil platform roller bearings
