After securing the right location and building, the National Seating & Mobility (NSM) team in Roanoke, Virginia is ready to “rock in Roanoke!” That is according to Troy Schools who is the Operations Manager at the office.
Schools along with the six other Roanoke staff members worked diligently for days in July, revamping the Roanoke office building. “We literally built our new office from the ground up in a matter of ten days,” shared Schools.
“From phone lines, computer lines, security systems, securing business license, bedding license, joint commission compliance, setting up FedEx, ripping up carpet, and installing furniture—we did it all!” said Schools.
Taking a break from all the hard work, Schools seized the opportunity to snap a photo for the NSM photo contest, happening now (September 2013) through December 2013. With his camera he captured Assertive Technology Professional, Matt Maurer, after he’d finally burst through a wall—an area that is now the shipping & receiving location at the office.
“It was a very exciting experience for all of us,” told Schools. “I speak for all of us when I say that we are very fortunate to be a part of the NSM family and what [NSM] stands for.”
Today (September 19), makes two months since the Roanoke crew opened its doors officially on July 19. Now, all the hard work it took to open the office is strictly directed to providing clients the right chair and the best care.
NSM / Roanoke is located at 5306 Peters Creek Road, Suite D, Roanoke VA, 24019. Current and potential clients can contact the team by phone at (540) 682-2430.
