Sandi’s career in the healthcare industry has spanned over 25 years, first as a clinician and later as a field operator and executive. She spent most of her managerial career at Novacare, a national physical therapy and rehab company, where she led a $350M business in 27 states. Most recently, she was Vice President of Operations Innovation at Gentiva Health Services, a multi-state, national home health and rehab company.

Sandi is completing her PhD in Organizational Leadership and is located in NSM’s executive offices in Franklin, TN.
