Multi-Million Dollar Medicare Fraud Scheme
According to the indictments, the wheelchair suppliers and the physician submitted fraudulent claims to Medicare for reimbursement for motorized wheelchairs, concealed the submission of the fraudulent claims, and diverted the funds they received from Medicare for their own personal use and benefit.
